For around fifteen years Dr. Sheila has worked in women's hormonal health, blending the clinical training of Chinese medicine with the energetic and somatic work most medicine leaves out. Her clients come for heartbreak, hormones, fertility, intimacy, and the patterns they cannot seem to break, and they leave with tools they keep for life.

NüCHI is where that work becomes something you can reach at any hour. Each course is built the way she treats: clear about what it is, honest about who it is for, and designed to shift something real, not just give you more to think about.
